Project Coordinator - Vietnam Office

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor the projects development applications (Application forms, supporting documents: technical and legal)

  2. Monitor contracts with subcontractors and follow-up payments

  3. Administrative support for organizational handling of projects development

  4. Maintain documents controlling systems for record and tracking all documents and drawings related to project management (i.e. project folders on Drive)

  5. Support for financial data recording and compare with initial budget (i.e. for land compensation)

  6. Support in reporting to financiers and financial advisors as required

  7. Follow-up and record of costs during projects execution

  8. Other tasks assigned by management

Education Requirements:

Bachelor or Master degree

Preferred Major: Technical, Electrical, Wind Engineer

Years of Experience Required:

1 - 5 years of post-graduate experience.

Essential Skills and Requirements:

  • Fluent English in both speaking and writing.

  • Flexible to go and to be based on project sites if required

  • Teamwork and Communication skills

  • Proactive, friendly, honest and willing to learn

  • Knowledge of Gia Lai, Phu Yen or Dak Lak province is a plus

Head Office Administrator - HCMC Office

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Internal and external communication on behalf of the company (both written and verbal, in Vietnamese and in English)

  2. Responsible for the office’s infrastructure, procurement and administration of office materials

  3. Supervision of Reception area including transferring calls, welcoming visitors, arranging meeting room.

  4. Be responsible for incoming/outgoing mails/package

  5. Prepare welcome pack for new comers.

  6. Plan and organize business trips and company events

  7. In charge of looking for new supplier, doing contract and following the purchasing procedure on timely request.

  8. Translate documents Vietnamese – English and vice – versa

  9. Administration tasks including month end payment for Supplier, stationery order, purchasing items/equipment for company upon request. ect.

  10. File contracts, correspondence and other administration documents.

  11. Administration process for foreigners: visa, work permit, residence card.

Education Requirements:

University degree - Major: Hospitality Management, Business management, Administration, Foreign language or related

Years of Experience Required:

5-6 years of working experience in international companies.

IT Officer - HCMC Office

IT Officer - HCMC Office

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provides end-user support. Provide first-level troubleshooting of hardware and IT software and support Windows Server administration.

  2. Set up workstations, computers (desktops, laptops), printers, telephones and video conferencing systems and other IT related equipment for internal users

  3. Monitor and maintain Windows servers / Internet access/ network

  4. Plan and recommend methods of maintenance, upgrading the systems/ equipment of the company periodically

  5. Coordinate with internal teams / external parties whenever necessary to solve technical or network issues

  6. Manage and support in buying the company’s IT assets (office and construction site)

  7. Install and manage local area network

  8. Manage Website Hosting, post the company news on the website and update company profile

  9. Perform other related tasks as assigned

Education Requirements:

University degree

Major: Information Technology (Data Communications Systems; Computer Network; Network Security; Software Technology, etc.)

Years of Experience Required:

3-5 years of working experience in equivalent fields.

Essential Skills and Requirements:

  • Fluency in both in English and Vietnamese

  • Knowledge of using office devices: printers, photocopiers, scanners, etc.

  • Familiar with Windows OS, Mac OS, Office software, Antivirus software, SQL server, Google Drive, Dropbox, network, intranet, website, etc.

  • Experience about networking and general troubleshooting

  • Flexible to travel to & work at project sites for some times if required

Junior Accoutant - Singapore Office

Junior Accoutant - Singapore Office

The Junior Accountant is responsible for the handling of day-to-day bookkeeping of a group of companies. He/She will report directly to the Senior Accountant.

Main responsibilities

  1. Maintain full set of accounts for a group of investment holding companies

  2. Ensure timely closing of accounts

  3. Perform bank, inter-company and balance sheet reconciliations

  4. Create bills from approved Purchase orders, ensure costs and expenses are accurately posted to the accounting system

  5. Review staff claims, ensure compliance to company policies and correct coding to the project costs and expenses

  6. Prepare quarterly GST returns

  7. Assist with statutory audit and tax compliance

  8. Perform ad-hoc assignments as may be required from time to time

Profile

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting

  • Minimum 3 years of related work experience in full set of accounts in international companies

  • Responsible, motivated and ability to work collaboratively and professionally with local and remote teams in Asia

  • Professional knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Working experience in XERO accounting is a plus
