Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and be key point of contact on due diligences from lenders and financial partners

  • In coordination with other departments, manage datarooms and project documentation

  • Review and comment transaction documentation

  • Deal structuring

  • Maintain/develop project budgets and financial models

 Education Requirements:

  • Master’s degree

  • Major: Finance

 Years of Experience Required:

  • At least 6 years of experience, including at least 2 years in Transaction advisory in a Big 4 (e.g. in corporate finance, project finance or deal advisory teams)

Essential Skills and Requirements:

  • Transaction / Debt structuring

  • Financial modelling

  • Fluent in English

  • Experience in Renewable energy or infrastructure sectors a plus

  • Immediate availability is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

·         All compulsory insurance issues relating to social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance

·         Necessary labor reports to authorities; labor code & employment regulations updates

·         Payroll preparation

·         Assisting in Labor contract preparation, updating, renewing and archiving

·         Assisting in maintaining employee folders and database

·         Assisting in issues relating to private Healthcare Insurance mainly for Vietnamese staff and also for foreign staff when necessary

·         Other tasks assigned by direct manager and TBC management

 Education Requirements:

  •  University degree: bachelor or masters

  • Major: HR field, Finance/Accounting or Business Administration

 Years of Experience Required:

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR related field

 Essential Skills and Requirements:

  •  Fluent in English and Vietnamese

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 

  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently

Accountant - Cambodia Office

Key Responsibilities

 Under the responsibilities of the Group CFO, manage the financial function of The Blue Circle’s operations in Cambodia, based in Phnom Penh.

 ·         Bookkeeping, AR, AP and preparation of journal entries

·         Check and reconcile bank accounts

·         Prepare monthly/quarterly and yearly group reporting

·         Prepare monthly payroll

·         Preparation of payment vouchers

·         Prepare Monthly tax declaration and filings

·         Coordinate with auditors

·         Ensure internal control policies and procedures are in compliance with Company policies, local FRS and IFRS

·         Support group finance manager and CFO as required

·         Perform any other duties as assigned


·         University Degree in Finance/Accounting

·         At least 5 years of experience in accounting field

·         Having experience in same position before is preferred

·         Knowledge of construction accounting a plus

·         Familiar with MS Office

·         Able to use Accounting Software

Project Coordinator - Vietnam Office

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor the projects development applications (Application forms, supporting documents: technical and legal)

  2. Monitor contracts with subcontractors and follow-up payments

  3. Administrative support for organizational handling of projects development

  4. Maintain documents controlling systems for record and tracking all documents and drawings related to project management (i.e. project folders on Drive)

  5. Support for financial data recording and compare with initial budget (i.e. for land compensation)

  6. Support in reporting to financiers and financial advisors as required

  7. Follow-up and record of costs during projects execution

  8. Other tasks assigned by management

Education Requirements:

Bachelor or Master degree

Head Office Administrator - HCMC Office

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Internal and external communication on behalf of the company (both written and verbal, in Vietnamese and in English)

  2. Responsible for the office’s infrastructure, procurement and administration of office materials

  3. Supervision of Reception area including transferring calls, welcoming visitors, arranging meeting room.

  4. Be responsible for incoming/outgoing mails/package

  5. Prepare welcome pack for new comers.

  6. Plan and organize business trips and company events

  7. In charge of looking for new supplier, doing contract and following the purchasing procedure on timely request.

  8. Translate documents Vietnamese – English and vice – versa

  9. Administration tasks including month end payment for Supplier, stationery order, purchasing items/equipment for company upon request. ect.

  10. File contracts, correspondence and other administration documents.

  11. Administration process for foreigners: visa, work permit, residence card.

Education Requirements:

University degree - Major: Hospitality Management, Business management, Administration, Foreign language or related

Years of Experience Required:

5-6 years of working experience in international companies.

  • Good written and oral communication skills both in English and Vietnamese
