JOB DESCRIPTION

In coordination and under supervision of the Office Manager, assist in the back office administrative tasks:

  • Back office, document collection, control and storage
  • Administrative support to project development team
  • Preparation of meeting notes, internal memorandums and reporting documentation 

 

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Good command of English (TOEIC 405-600, IELT 5.5-6.0)
  • Experience in related field 1-3 years 
  • Ms. Office, Word/Excel
  • Good communication skills
  • Good responsibilities for work and duties
