Key Responsibilities:

  1. Internal and external communication on behalf of the company (both written and verbal, in Vietnamese and in English)

  2. Responsible for the office’s infrastructure, procurement and administration of office materials

  3. Supervision of Reception area including transferring calls, welcoming visitors, arranging meeting room.

  4. Be responsible for incoming/outgoing mails/package

  5. Prepare welcome pack for new comers.

  6. Plan and organize business trips and company events

  7. In charge of looking for new supplier, doing contract and following the purchasing procedure on timely request.

  8. Translate documents Vietnamese – English and vice – versa

  9. Administration tasks including month end payment for Supplier, stationery order, purchasing items/equipment for company upon request. ect.

  10. File contracts, correspondence and other administration documents.

  11. Administration process for foreigners: visa, work permit, residence card.

Education Requirements:

University degree - Major: Hospitality Management, Business management, Administration, Foreign language or related

Years of Experience Required:

5-6 years of working experience in international companies.

Essential Skills and Requirements:

  • Good written and oral communication skills both in English and Vietnamese
