Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provides end-user support. Provide first-level troubleshooting of hardware and IT software and support Windows Server administration.

  2. Set up workstations, computers (desktops, laptops), printers, telephones and video conferencing systems and other IT related equipment for internal users

  3. Monitor and maintain Windows servers / Internet access/ network

  4. Plan and recommend methods of maintenance, upgrading the systems/ equipment of the company periodically

  5. Coordinate with internal teams / external parties whenever necessary to solve technical or network issues

  6. Manage and support in buying the company’s IT assets (office and construction site)

  7. Install and manage local area network

  8. Manage Website Hosting, post the company news on the website and update company profile

  9. Perform other related tasks as assigned

Education Requirements:

University degree

Major: Information Technology (Data Communications Systems; Computer Network; Network Security; Software Technology, etc.)

Years of Experience Required:

3-5 years of working experience in equivalent fields.

Essential Skills and Requirements:

  • Fluency in both in English and Vietnamese

  • Knowledge of using office devices: printers, photocopiers, scanners, etc.

  • Familiar with Windows OS, Mac OS, Office software, Antivirus software, SQL server, Google Drive, Dropbox, network, intranet, website, etc.

  • Experience about networking and general troubleshooting

  • Teamwork and communication skills

  • Flexible to travel to & work at project sites for some times if required
