Key Responsibilities:

·         All compulsory insurance issues relating to social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance

·         Necessary labor reports to authorities; labor code & employment regulations updates

·         Payroll preparation

·         Assisting in Labor contract preparation, updating, renewing and archiving

·         Assisting in maintaining employee folders and database

·         Assisting in issues relating to private Healthcare Insurance mainly for Vietnamese staff and also for foreign staff when necessary

·         Assisting in recruitment tasks such as job postings, interview arrangement, etc.

·         Assisting Group HR manager in creating and updating policies

·         Other tasks assigned by direct manager and TBC management

 Education Requirements:

  •  University degree: bachelor or masters

  • Major: HR field, Finance/Accounting or Business Administration

 Years of Experience Required:

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR related field

 Essential Skills and Requirements:

  •  Fluent in English and Vietnamese

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 

  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently

  • Ability to keep information confidential

  • Willing to learn and update new knowledge

  • Diligence and precision

  • Loyalty and trustworthiness

  • Joyful and dynamic

  • Enjoy working in international environment

  • Age: 24-28

  • Experience in exchanging Net income to Gross income is a plus

  • Immediate availability is a plus
