Key Responsibilities:

  • General clerical tasks, such as drafting documents and answering telephones

  • Scheduling meeting, Site purchasing items, General office management

  • Completing all necessary internal reporting and external customer reporting

  • Maintaining effective communication with both site team and corporate office for duration of project

  • Ensuring accurate receiving, recording and reporting of payroll documents, employee timesheets and accounting records

  • Performing other tasks as assigned

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor

  • Field: Administration, English Linguistic and similar

Years of Experience Required: 

  • Minimum 3 years of experiences in relevant position

  • Experiences in construction renewable energy project (solar, wind) is a plus

Essential Skills and Requirements:

  • Fluent English in both speaking and writing

  • Highly organized

  • Good skill in maintaining diaries, agendas and managing appointments, organizing meetings, events

  • Knowledge of construction office management, including managing submittals

  • Competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Teamwork and interpersonal interaction

  • Multitask ability

  • Adaptability

  • Proactive, friendly, honest and willing to learn

  • Required to work on site, in site office

  • Immediate availability is a plus
