  • Manage TBC image, branding and internal as well as external communication in all countries where TBC is present or planning to expand.

  • Manage Corporate Press Releases as well as the Annual Report editing, printing and distribution.

  • Coordinate with the Sustainability Officer for all CSR related communications or events.

  • Build a monthly, quarterly and/or yearly Information Letter for TBC Staff and partners in coordination with the HR Manager and the Group Managers.

  • Manage relationships with the media in all TBC locations.

  • Manage the Group website as well as all Group communication tools (corporate presentations, company profiles, social media presence).

  • Organize and manage Corporate events (inaugurations, conferences…).

  • Hire, train and manage future Communication Department team according to TBC HR policies and growth plans.

  • Enhance TBC Environmental and Social ethic messages and images.

EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND

Master’s degree in marketing, Communication or related field.

3-5 years’ experience needed in communication, design or media sector.

Key Responsibilities

 Under the responsibilities of the Group CFO, manage the financial function of The Blue Circle’s operations in Cambodia, based in Phnom Penh.

 ·         Bookkeeping, AR, AP and preparation of journal entries

·         Check and reconcile bank accounts

·         Prepare monthly/quarterly and yearly group reporting

·         Prepare monthly payroll

·         Preparation of payment vouchers

·         Prepare Monthly tax declaration and filings

·         Coordinate with auditors

·         Ensure internal control policies and procedures are in compliance with Company policies, local FRS and IFRS

·         Support group finance manager and CFO as required

·         Perform any other duties as assigned

Profile

·         University Degree in Finance/Accounting
