With a dynamic team of 120 professionals spread across Thailand, The Philippines, Vietnam and our headquarter in Singapore, we are poised for exponential growth. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled HR Manager with a good knowledge of South East Asia to establish and lead the HR function, ensuring a people-centric approach that aligns with our values and goals.


Key Responsibilities:

1.Function Building:
• Pioneering the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Designing and establishing HR processes to support the organization's growth and development.
• Do a stock take and harmonize key procedures and policies across the organization

2.Talent Acquisition:
• Leading recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent in the renewable energy sector.
• Collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs and strategically plan for future growth.

3.Employee Engagement:
• Developing initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
• Implementing employee recognition programs and activities to enhance morale and motivation.

4.Performance Management:
• Harmonizing and overseeing performance appraisal systems to ensure fair and transparent evaluations.
• Providing guidance on professional development and career growth opportunities.
• Introduce a bonus or long term incentive system consistent with our shareholder pattern.

5.Compliance and HR Administration:
• Ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations in all markets where we are present.
• Managing HR documentation, records, and reporting processes.
• Oversee and validate payrolls of each country

6.Cross-Cultural Collaboration:
• Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among teams in in the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and Singapore.
• Promoting a unified company culture across diverse locations. 

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in HR management in South East Asia, preferably in a multinational or renewable energy setting.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and practices in South East Asia, in particular in the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and Singapore.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across different cultures.
• Demonstrated ability to implement HR strategies in a rapidly growing organization.
• English proficiency.
• Immediate availability is a plus.

 

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications are a plus.  

Location:
Bangkok or Manila (position requires flexibility for regular travel to other locations)
