Key Responsibilities:
· Book transactions (AR, AP, payments, manual journals…)
· Prepare and check documents (Sale invoices, documents for payment, loan contracts, bank reconciliation…)
· Declare tax (VAT, FCT, CIT….)
· Prepare internal / external reports
· Close month-end / year – end (allocate expenses, fixed asset depreciation, accruals, reconcile AR/AP balance…)
· Work with auditors, tax officers or other external parties
· Follow and control FA list
· Perform other tasks assigned by management
Education Requirements:
Bachelor or Master’s degree
Major: Accounting, Audit
Years of Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years of professional finance - accounting experience in a foreign company
Essential Skills and Requirements:
Able to communicate in English (writing, reading, listening, speaking)
MS Office skill
Experience in handling all accounting works for a company is preferable
Good at Tax and Accounting knowledge
Be familiar with Accounting software (Xero software is preferable)
Responsibility, adaptable to change, detailed, careful and honest
Logical, independent and team working
Job management skill
Problem solving skill
Flexible & available for business trip to project locations if required
Immediate availability is a plus
